The Host

The host is the first book in the trilogy "The Host" written by Stephenie Meyer.

​The Host is one of my favorite books. The world the author created where aliens have taken the earth and use the humans as hosts is incredible but not unheard of, what makes this book unique is that the aliens are very peaceful, and tolerance, forgiveness and understanding are almost all they know.

The story is very complicated and long so I'm not going to start describing it but I've read it three times and every time I enjoy it like it was the first time.

The way this book was written, the characters, the story, everything is amazing. I didn't really like twilight so I didn't have any expectations from this one but I'm so glad I read it.

In most of the story I felt really bad for Wanderer, she was petrified in most of the book but was also extremely brave and won everyone over with her kindness.

Even though it wasn't the kind of book I just couldn't put down, it was very funny and I was anxious to know what will happen next all the time.

This book should defiantly be on everyone's to-read list.
